VWR biomarketing meeting 1

Today we arrived people from all over the world at Schiphol airport. We have to guide them for the transportation to the taxis and busses. Because of those different arrivals it wasnt possible to split ourselves to the different arrival gates, so we met them at the official meeting point at Schiphol. Its a point between arrivals 1/2 and 3/4 and ofcourse the train station. We waited each time for approximally 8 people and than we phoned the taxi driver that he could come to the arrivals at Schiphol. We had to arrange for 40 people their transportation to the hotel. When this was finished we had a dinner and slept at the hotel where the next day the activities will take place.
