Second day of the international course

Today I have been busy with welcoming and helping guests at the hotel. Yesterday a few people arrived at the airport but today there will be much more people arriving at the airport and thus also to the hotel. I was helping at the hotel today, I made contact with all the people. They all had to come to me for the batch and the programm of the week. The guests could, if they had, ask questions to me. I had to explain where everything was and what to do at the moment. They all had their own group so I helped them with finding their group and where they have to be in the hotel for his or her presantation. After the welcoming and the first presenatations we had a lunch with all the people of this congress. Also with the dinner you were constantly speaking english to each other.
